No return and cancellation for Made-to-Order and Custom Made pieces.

Damaged or defective items upon arrival are subject for exchange. Please contact us immediately within 2 days and return the item within 7 days upon receiving.

Return and exchange shipping cost will be charged to customer.

Items must be returned in same condition and packaging upon receiving.

No refund for shipping cost unless we delivered the wrong item

Product inspections are made before shipping the item to make sure the good quality

We will be sending updates through photos and videos

Delays and damages during transit are courier’s liability
